RETURN

What are your Return Policy?

At Arbella Boutique, we understand sometimes your dream product may not be like as you expected, hence you may require a return. We offer 10-days return period from the date of order received. Unfortunately, we will not entertain any return request after 10 days elapsed.

Note: 

To eligible for return-

1.Item(s) must be in original condition.

2. item must return along with original packing/box if any.

3. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping cost incurred.

4. Items bought under FLASH SALE are non-returnable.

Usually, we arrange pickup for all returns but sometimes you may require send us the product using any courier service near to you. Return address can be found in the invoice.

**All refunds against returns are STORE CREDIT only

 

REFUND

What are your Refund Policy?

We carefully check every products before dispatching. But human can do an error, hence we are bound to refund the money you paid for the mistake done by us.

Refunds will be issued in original payment mode in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed).
  2. The item is used, defective or in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed). 
  3. The shipment went missing during transit.
  4. Against all kind of manufacturing defects.

Any damage/defect or issues mentioned above must be reported within 10 days from order receipt. No refund will be issued after 10 days of receipt the order. Please report any damage/defect (with evidence) using the following email: support@shoparbella.com

Note: In case one or more items are missing from the order, a partial amount ( amounting to the value of missing item) will be refunded.

Following are cases when refund will not be given:

  1. An order is not eligible for return or refund if the Product(s) received match the ordered Product(s) and such Product(s)are not damaged or defective.
  1. We are responsible for an order until it has been delivered to the customer in full, with the exception of cases where the order could not be delivered due to the fault of the customer (e.g., an incorrect shipping address was provided, customer failed to accept the delivery etc.)

When my refund will be processed?

All refunds are processed within 2-4 working days from the date of approving the refund. We will notify you via emails/text once the refund processed mentioning the refund reference number. All refund will be done via original mode of payment. Please note that it may take further time to reflect amount in your bank/card statement, in that case we advice you to contact your bank or card issuer. 

 

EXCHANGE

Our exchange policy is as mentioned below:

1. Go ahead and palace a new order of your choice,

2. Send us the old item.

We will issue a refund for the old item after we received it at our warehouse and found it eligible for refund.

NOTE:

1. For exchange two way shipping charge is bear by the customer.

2. Returned item must be in original conditions

 

Customer Policy

What are your customer policy?

  1. As a customer you can cancel an order any time before such order is marked as “in processing” and a tracking number is updated against the order.
  2. If a customer received incorrect, defective, not as described, used, damaged, or poor quality Product(s), the customer has a right to open a dispute for refund.
